Faced with the existing options in the current market, the clients chose to acquire a house with architecture from the 1980s.  Aware of the building’s modernization needs, not only regarding the existing materials, but also in the need to adapt the space to the family’s requirements, they requested Commerzn’s collaboration for a refurbishment project.

For a first approach, we had a meeting with all the intervenients, in order to understand the family’s needs. It was important to understand their daily life, the reading of the spaces and their decoration. This way, we were able to realize an architectural project that reflects the desire and will of the clients, as well as the best way to adapt it to the new realities from the point of view of sustainability and economy that a building currently requires.

For this, the technical knowledge of our team was essential, guiding, informing and sharing our vision also in the interior design project.

We are present at all stages of the project, from the direction to the supervision of the work, counseling, choice of materials, among others, in order to ensure the proper monitoring of the work and the completion of the final project.
